Instead of going to the store to buy a card thats wrapped in plastic packaging, try making your own card! I love making my own cards, it’s a really fun craft, and you can get really creative. It’s also more personal to make a custom card for someone, rather than giving someone a store bought card that has 5,000 other copies that other people are receiving too.
The cards below were all from leftover card stock and christmas wrapper from years past. We have art supplies from projects since I was a toddler! So, this is a good time to use up stuff you don’t know what to do with.

Yes, the store bought cards are very pretty, but they are covered in micro plastics, not recyclable, and sold in plastic packaging.
